College Courses
Look at college courses that give you a step up on the ladder.
There are a number of courses that provide exemptions to some of the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) examinations, so these can be a great place to start studying some tax modules.
Third-Level Scholarship
Each academic year, we award a Third-Level Scholarship to a Leaving Cert student who pursues a relevant degree (such as accounting, finance, business, economics) to support them across their undergraduate studies.
The Scholarship includes €5,000 per academic year towards living expenses, ongoing mentorship and support from the Irish Tax Institute, and a complimentary place on the prestigious CTA qualification upon graduating from college.
Secondary School Visits
Current secondary school students are the Chartered Tax Advisers (CTA) of the future and the best way for them to find out about the career is to hear from someone who works in the profession.
We organise free school visits where one of our members will meet with students and give an engaging presentation about what a career in Tax Advisory is all about. If you wish to arrange such a visit for your class, please contact us.
